We want every 1010 Boys order to be exactly what you expected.
If something isn’t right, here is how we handle it.

Your Right to Cancel — 14 Days

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the
right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your
goods with no reason needed.

To cancel, email sales@1010boysvape.co.uk within 14 days of
delivery, quoting your order number.

Returned items must be:

  • Unopened and unused
  • In their original undamaged packaging
  • Returned within 14 days of notifying us

You are responsible for the cost of returning items unless the
item is faulty, or we sent the wrong product.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, contact
us within 48 hours of delivery at sales@1010boysvape.co.uk
with your order number and a description of the issue.

We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you
you, including return postage.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items that have been opened, used, or unsealed
  • Items returned more than 14 days after the cancellation notice
  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper storage

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your
refund within 14 days to the original payment method. You will
receive an email confirmation when your refund is processed.

How to Return an Item

  1. Email sales@1010boysvape.co.uk with your order number
    and reason for return
  2. We will provide a return address and instructions
  3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging
  4. Send via a tracked service and keep proof of postage
  5. Email us your tracking number
